Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in our youth soccer classes and clinics. By enrolling yourself or your child in our programs, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:

Enrollment and Eligibility:

  1. 1.1 Participants must meet the age and skill requirements specified for each program.
  2. 1.2 Enrollment is subject to availability, and placement is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. 1.3 Parents/guardians must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment.

Fees and Payments:

  1. 2.1 Payment for the selected program must be made in full at the time of enrollment.
  2. 2.2 All fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the program is cancelled by the company.
  3. 2.3 The company reserves the right to modify program fees with advance notice.

Participation and Conduct:

  1. 3.1 Participants are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions and to attend regularly.
  2. 3.2 Participants must follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the company's coaches and staff.
  3. 3.3 Any misconduct, disruptive behaviour, or failure to comply with the company's rules may result in suspension or termination from the program without a refund.

Health and Safety:

  1. 4.1 Participants are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect their ability to participate safely.
  2. 4.2 Parents/guardians must inform the company of any allergies or special dietary requirements of the participant.
  3. 4.3 The company will take reasonable measures to ensure the safety of participants but cannot be held liable for accidents, injuries, or lost or stolen items during the program.

Media Release:

  1. 5.1 The company may take photographs or videos during the program for promotional and marketing purposes.
  2. 5.2 By enrolling in our programs, parents/guardians grant the company permission to use such media materials without compensation.
  3. Cancellations and Refunds:
  4. 6.1 The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program due to insufficient enrollment, coach availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
  5. 6.2 In the event of program cancellation by the company, participants will be offered a refund or credit for future programs.
  6. 6.3 Refunds for participant withdrawals or absences are generally not provided unless there are exceptional circumstances, subject to the company's discretion.

Intellectual Property:

  1. 7.1 All intellectual property, including but not limited to coaching techniques, curriculum, and materials, used in the programs, is owned by the company.
  2. 7.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use the company's intellectual property without explicit permission.

Amendments:

  1. 8.1 The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  2. 8.2 Notice of any changes to the terms and conditions will be communicated to participants or their parents/guardians through the contact information provided.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  1. 9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the Province of Ontario.
  2. 9.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.

Enrolling in our youth soccer classes, clinics and camps confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the above terms and conditions.
